We work with health and care teams and a range of community organisations, and we will share information about you with those who can contribute to your care and wellbeing. We will only share information with bodies that are not involved in your care when required or permitted by law e.g., where this is necessary to protect others. We will also provide statistical data to those who fund our service, but this data does not identify individuals. Calls may be monitored and recording for training and quality purposes. This policy explains your rights in respect of the data we hold about you, including how you can obtain a copy of what we hold.
